How I work with clients
I am an ADHD coach with full training from ADDCA, the world's leading school for ADHD coaching.

I consider ADHD coaching to be a speciality skill set/toolbox that enables me to empower my clients to manage their attention, hyperactivity and impulsivity issues.

In order to do this we will focus on increased self-awareness and greater appreciation and application of personal strengths so that you feel more focused, more in control and have clarity over your values and goals.

I will use tools designed to support you to focus your mind, expand your self-reflection and open you up to the possibility of change.

I see the potential in all of my clients, yet I understand the barriers that are so often in the way of putting thoughts and wishes into actions. Through collaborative working we can, together, make those first few precious small steps to a better you. I use a strength-based approach to build on self-compassion and self-confidence, and I fully understand how the knock-backs collected over many years can damage my clients’ perception of self.
In addition to my ADDCA training, I hold a diploma in Rational Emotive Behaviour principles which I can weave into my practice to identify and flush out those limiting and irrational beliefs we hold onto about ourselves and the world.

I use visuals to aid with learning and processing, as well as a collection of small tasks to try throughout the week. There will also be plenty of humour to keep that ADHD brain engaged!

Together, we will challenge your old beliefs and change those negative narratives that stop you from thriving. At the end of our journey together, I hope that you will feel more confident to unmask, speak your truth and show up in the world as your authentic and unique self.
How I don’t work with clients
I don’t preach – you know yourself better than anyone else and what works and doesn’t work for your brain.

I don’t force – you are accountable for your personal growth and change. I am here to facilitate that mindset.

I don’t pretend that I know it all – I have a lot of experience but every neurodivergent brain is uniquely different.

I don’t do social media – this is for my own self-care and to protect my personal boundaries.

I won’t tell you I can change your life. I wholeheartedly believe that you are the expert of yourself. I ask my clients to see me as a guide/navigator who is able to shine a torch on the areas of your life that need a little work.

ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and the client.

Together, we will work towards your desired outcome, and I will guide you in your journey of self-discovery.

We will identify areas of your life where you feel stuck, and uncover any limiting beliefs that you may hold about yourself or the way you view the world. Together we will explore a range of tools that feel realistic to your experience and help you to move past obstacles.

Many of my ADHD clients have had a similar bumpy narrative in education, work and relationships. The knock-on effect of this is often low self-esteem and a negative sense of self and abilities. Through my strength-based coaching approach, we will uncover how you can work at your full potential, what ignites your passion, and how you want to show up in the world.

Through my unique style of coaching, I hope to challenge any negative beliefs that you may hold and focus on your self-talk, remembering to celebrate your accomplishments. Improving your executive function in this way, will aid your ability to plan, prioritise and act while building healthy habits and making space for kindness and compassion.

I am a trained ADDCA ADHD coach and my methods are customised and planned with ADHD in mind.

Fees: I am currently offering 2x free sessions while I obtain my ICF accreditation. If you would like to continue beyond the first two complimentary sessions, the cost will be £35 per 50 mins until I am fully accredited.
Autism Mentoring

Autism mentoring is a unique experience where I sit beside you and support you with a combination of coaching techniques and practical tools to assist you in areas of your life that you feel you require support with. It might be understanding more about the female presentation of autism, applying for a job, talking to your manager, or working through some overwhelming emotions.

I am a trained neurodiversity coach and have 15 years of experience of working with autistic women. I have created and facilitated a range of female autism spaces both online and in the real world. In addition, I have written and delivered post-diagnostic programmes, am an experienced autism mentor, trainer and employment consultant, and am currently adult service manager at an autism charity.

Please note: I am not currently taking on any new autism mentoring clients due to focusing on my ADHD client accreditation.
However, if you have a dual diagnosis of autism and ADHD, I can work with you as part of my coaching hours.
Autism and ADHD Combination

Did you know that 50-70% of autistic people have a dual diagnosis of ADHD? And that’s just the number that have been diagnosed. The clash of these two conflicting conditions can make simple daily living feel impossible at times, and strategies for either autism or ADHD tend not to apply both ways.

You may have an autistic brain that needs calm, routine and sameness, while your dopamine-seeking ADHD brain thrives on novelty, the new and exciting. You may have autistic special interests that help calm and soothe, but your ADHD brain distracts you from engaging in them. Socialising can both energise you and exhaust you. All of these conflicting things massively impact self-care and can create a push-pull situation where you can become overstimulated and understimulated at the same time.

My coaching techniques can support you to make sense of the paradox that is the dual diagnosis. I have a solid understanding of the internal and external conflict that having both of these conditions can mean for you. I can support you to explore the various ways in which your brain is working, and empower you to develop strategies to nourish both your ADHD brain and your autism one.
