About Me

My name is Charlotte, and I am a specialist ADHD and autism coach and mentor. It’s important that you connect with me and my story and so, before you decide to take the plunge and set up a call, here’s a little about who I am and my experience.

"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and the client.

Together, we will work towards your desired outcome, and I will guide you in your journey of self-discovery.

Autism Mentoring

Autism mentoring is a unique experience where I sit beside you and support you with a combination of coaching techniques and practical tools to assist you in areas of your life that you feel you require support with. It might be understanding more about the female presentation of autism, applying for a job, talking to your manager, or working through some overwhelming emotions.

Autism and ADHD Combination

Did you know that 50-70% of autistic people have a dual diagnosis of ADHD? And that’s just the number that have been diagnosed. The clash of these two conflicting conditions can make simple daily living feel impossible at times, and strategies for either autism or ADHD tend not to apply both ways.

Testimonials

I’ve known Charlotte for nearly 10 years through support in the workplace. I’ve always appreciated the support and guidance Charlotte has provided me. It’s always served with knowledge, a smile and an amazing sense of humour. She’s not afraid to laugh or cry alongside you which helps to forge a trustworthy relationship. Her viewpoints and support is beyond valuable.

Ema

The help given by Charlotte for my daughter has been quite honestly life changing. Not only has Charlotte been the right person as the right time, when stress levels at S’s work were verging on intolerable, but S has started to develop an acceptance of being on the autistic spectrum for the first time. S's confidence and understanding of herself has had a great boost and so many aspects of her life are considerably more positive. I am truly grateful

Mother of Client

Charlotte has helped with organisation, adjustment passports, advocacy and even job applications. She has also signposted me to peer support groups. I really appreciated how she thought about the barriers I face holistically, recognising the need for a whole person approach. Without her I would not have got much needed support outside work that I now have, and have not met others like me. Charlotte shows strengths in advocacy, drafting impactful communication and understanding  comorbid conditions such as ADHD and Autism. Would highly recommend!
